I have an Apple iPhone 5 and my voice-mail says virtual voice mail is unavailable which only happens normally when I am in Canada for business. This requires me to enter my password to get messages.
Now it is asking the same thing for all voice-mails in USA and even though I delete them the red number on top of voice-mail icon at bottom of home page won't go away.
I need help to erase the number and get virtual voice-mails working again in USA.

Try the troubleshooting steps from the Apple KB.http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4430If that doesn't help call your providers support. It most likely is a network issue they might be able to resolve on their end (usually by resetting your visual voice mail box).
