Things have improved over the last 12 months, and people are running out to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S21 by the truckload. In fact, the company has sold three times as many Galaxy S21s in the first month, which is nothing short of impressive.

As mentioned, it's not really fair to compare 2020 sales figures to 2021 numbers, as the world was in a very different place when the Galaxy S20 launched. Still, it's heartening for Samsung that the new phone is doing quite well. In fact, it's not only exciting for Samsung, but it's exciting for the world as a whole, as it's a sign of a bit more normalcy. People are feeling comfortable spending money on smartphones again.

The data comes from Strategy Analytics (as reported by Sammobile) and it's specifically focused on the sales figures in the United States.

The data shows that the entire Galaxy S21 lineup is selling well, but it also reveals that the more expensive Galaxy S21 Ultra made up approximately 40-percent of the total sales volume.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 is the current smartphone, but there's still something to be said for the Galaxy S20, which is a tremendous phone. In fact, it's still totally worth considering last year's model if you're in the market for a phone that won't break the bank as much.
