My ISP doesn't provide me with IMAP, only POP.

Can I use a free universal IMAP server with my ISP email credentials?

Thank you.

Do you want to setup your own server or are you looking for an online service that can "handle" your ISP provided email address? For example Gmail offers you to fetch emails of your other account(s) via POP and you can then access it via IMAP, same goes for mail.comIf you want to setup your own IMAP server options are only limited by your time and effort - hMailServer (as @Susendeep:disqus suggested), Windows SBS comes with Exchange and POP-Connector and pretty much all *NIX IMAP servers since all you have to do is install fetchmail to get the emails via POP.
