I collect recipes and want to save them as screenshots online since the actual content might disappear one day. Do you know of good, free websites or webapps that easily take screenshots and bookmark it? Thanks!

Thank you very much for replying guys! I have used evernote before but found it to be too restrictive in the number of notes I can make per month. You could try to use Evernote:http://www.evernote.com/about/video/#OlOLXWvaIy0|1|1It will also synch with your phone and PC so you can have that available at the kitchen.Basically what it does is take a snapshot of something that you saw and liked and store it in your personal "Note Inbox" (my own term) from where you can retrieve it anytime any place.
