I am searching for free domain providing sites. Some site banners say it is 100% free, but asking some amount of money. Please give me a solution.

You could get a .co.cc domain, that's only free one as far as I know, but bear in mind it's basically useless in terms of promoting your site anywhere. In fact, all free domains are worth as much as you paid for them, really. Unless you're planning on launching a pirate downloads / malware delivery fly-by overnight site, I would pony up the $10 you need to buy a real domain.
