When I view webpages the banners and other content jump around on the screen. You can see this here.
I think it is a Flash or Java problem. Has anyone seen this before?

Hello, you can start by downloading and installing the add on mentioned on the link, specifically the ad blocking function. As a side note, other browsers have better control over ads and banners. http://www.ie7pro.com/

Yes, simple to solve. Install one of these internet explorer fixes called chrome or firefox - http://getfirefox.com http://google.com/chrome

James, if I had posted a question asking which browser was best then your comment would be welcome. However, when you test websites in different browsers this problem is rather annoying. Your solution does not solve the problem anyway, it just avoids it ;)

If you're testing websites then the browser isnt your problem, you should be fixing the websites. Otherwise, it's kind of pointless because everyone else will be seeing the problem, but not you, becuase you already fixed it locally. See? Things have to work with stock installs when you are testing for users.
