This issue has been annoying on many Android phones for such a long time. Many solutions have been proposed here and there, but it seems that none of them really works on Galaxy Tab.

Synchronization process between Android and Google calendar is performed, but you cannot find the entries on either one.

That's admittedly easier and I just realize that this is probably what you asked for in the first place. Sorry for the misunderstanding! To clarify, what you did is open the URL to the jpg image. So your browser only displays the image, not a website.

if it is a reoccurring event, go Google calendar via a web browser > click on the event > Edit event details > Look under "When" > "Repeats" > "Range" > "Starts" and confirm the date is not 1900 or some other erroneous year. When changing these dates trie to use the correct starting years  but in cases where the correct years is unknown or unimportant, just put in 2011.Possible some calendars are corrupted so you have to go for hunttry Gemini Calendarhttp://www.androlib.com/android.application.com-gemini-calendar-tmiw.aspx
