i have Fox News set as my home page and for the last month at least, Firefox is unable to pull it up and connect?

Because Firefox knows the Fox News is an uneducated arena of poor like-minded media coverage, Democrat bashing, authority ass kissing, religious dogma, lies and Bill O'Reilly. Though there is no formal error code to support this logic, I'm fairly certain this is why (:

Maybe your Firefox profile is corrupted. Try creating a new profile with that set as your home page (although there are far better, objective news sites to choose from).
