I'm looking for a website where I can find talented artists interested in doing custom sketches & storyboards for a product presentation I'm putting together.

Any suggestions?

Google "freelance artists, storyboard" if you like, but you can simply google "storyboard" and "artist" as well. The artists who are the most "together" and available for your job will have a website up and you can see what they offer, pricing, etc. I just did this myself to check for you, and lots of good artists came up. If you are new to needing the work, you may wish to check out several websites, contact the artists, and see how that goes. The point is, you may find an artist or similar person who can refer you to more artists, which is the very best way to find what you need. A referral is a lot faster than hunting down an artist on the internet. First try for a local artist, so that you can get to know them. If you are in a hurry, you could also do most of the work online via email and video chat. Be sure to get the fee info and the "kill fee" info (the basic fee paid if you kill the project for any reason) up front. Best of luck.

Don't know of any site that gathers this particular group, but Yahoo's directory has a few options:http://dir.yahoo.com/arts/visual_arts/drawing_and_sketching/artists/I know of someone who does amazing sketches and comic books. His name is Charlie La Greca and his link is below:http://www.facebook.com/people/Charlie-LaGreca/735594873He might have good suggestions of sites to look at.

A site to start with would be http://www.ifreelance.com/It is a good resource for Freelance Jobs & Professionals in many areas including graphics and storyboarding. In the search box, enter your requirement (i.e. storyboard) and select 'providers' as your search target. This will then list all who are registered on the site who provide their services in your area of interest. Portfolios are also available for viewing. The site gas a good reputation and you can post your project and call for expressions of interest and quotes. You may also have a look at http://www.dmoz.org/Arts/Illustration/Representatives/ or simply do a refined Google search with terms similar to "Storyboard artists directory" then narrow it down with Google's advanced search page for your geographic area or more specific requirements.Good luck with your search.

Well, you can try using social networks as LinkedIn where you can find professional profiles of every kind. Link: http://www.linkedin.com/Other interesting option is to take a look at deviantART where you can find artists of almost any kind or style and contact with them if they fit your interests. And don't forget local newspapers or job-search related webpages... there are lots of artists looking for an opportunity to show their talent, more than you can imagine (myself included :-D).Cheers!
