I write eBooks on a regular basis, but find it hard finding covers to suit the eBook. I have a technology blog and most of my eBooks are about security, etc.
So my question is where can I get proper covers to put into Microsoft as a cover? Microsoft has like 11 covers and none related to tech. Taking screenshots as a cover to be honest doesn't end up looking professional.
MakeUseOf seem to have great covers - so where do you guys get them from? Thanks.

It's going to be quite difficult to just 'find' covers for your eBooks, as most images are protected by some form of a copyright. I would, however, do a Google image search for "Network Security" (

What are the subjects exactly about ?Design them yourself, screenshots will be better than copied covers. But it will be the best if you design them yourself. You can apply some effects to screenshots or to popular symbols for which your are providing security guides, to make covers using your creativity.Or I know a freelancer who can design it for you.
