I can not log on to my facebook account. Every time I try to load it, It says "Malware removal" in a box, then directs me to download Trend Micro, I do this and wait. It does nothing... I've left it for half an hour and still nothing. Has anyone got any ideas?

I've never heard of Facebook telling you that malware is on your computer. It could be malware itself telling you this, but I doubt it.Either way, ignore its request for Trend and download the free version of Malwarebytes athttp://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/Update it, then run a scan. If it finds infections, quarantine them, reboot your computer, and try Facebook again. If that doesn't work, let me know.

I see that you're using Chrome version 34, which is slightly out of date. Update Chrome by heading to the three-bar button in the top right, then choosing "About Google Chrome" near the bottom and your browser will update. This probably won't fix the issue but it's a good thing to do regardless. Please try using a different browser, like Firefox or Opera, log into Facebook, and see if you still get the same message. Did Malwarebytes find any infections?
