How to enable a different reply-to address for email sent through Gmail?
Please note, it is for a particular recipient, not in general for every email sent through Gmail.

OK, this can be done, but it's a little awkward. In GMail, click on the cog and choose Settings. Now click the "accounts" tab and in the "Send mail as:" click "Add another email address you own" and follow the instructions on the screen. In addition to providing the "from" address you want to add, you will need to verify that you own that additional address by responding to the verification message sent to it.Once all this is done, you're good to go. Whenever you compose a message, click on the "From" address in the message you are writing and choose the alternate address.

Thanks. I understood your point now.
