Just upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7. There is no Outlook Express. What is the best alternative? My ISP is bigpond. Presently using bigpond webmail.

I personally use Opera Mail (which is embedded in the Opera browser). Other than that Thunderbird or Windows Live mail are the usual suspects. It may also depend on what mail service you are using.

If you would prefer to stay with Outlook, try Windows Live Mail as a free Windows 7 replacement of Outlook Express. Here is more information regarding Windows 7 and Outlook:
