I'm looking for a way to edit .PDF files, any suggestions?

One way to edit PDF files is to convert them into another usable file type (options have already been posted). Acrobat Pro does have the capability to edit PDF files but depending on the internal structure of the PDF it can get tricky or even cumbersome.Probably the best way to edit PDFs right away [without conversion] is to open them within Adobe Illustrator .

Edit the pdf file in a familiar editor called Microsoft word ! Use this website : http://www.freepdfconvert.com/convert_pdf_to_source.aspconvert pdf to word...Download the word document...edit it in ms word.now You can convert it back to pdf, by "clicking source to pdf" or keep the word file.choice is yours.(Ignore the attached image, I was just try to get offline :D)
