Recently, my work computer went on the fritz and I had to re-install everything.
I'm curious if there is a way I can back up important work things like my Outlook folders, contacts, bookmarks etc. with one simple program. I care a lot less about my files since they are on a cloud server, but little things like bookmarks and eMail folders are a pain to re-organize.

Use Bookmark Flash to backup bookmarks . It is a greenware , you need copy it and the data to another PC only . Of course , use Dropbox sync data is recommended .

If you have bookmarks on firefox, then you can use a addon called "Firefox Sync" its an official firefox addon for syncing your bookmarks on multple computers.... OR you can just EXPORT your bookmarks to an html file and import on your new installed browser. For Outlook you need to view this simple tutorial which involves NO PROGRAM INSTALLATION!...: http://www.sitedeveloper.ws/tutorials/outlook.htm

There are a couple of backups apps that can scan your files and automatically identify items that neede to be backedup i.e. emails, bookmarks, personal settings etc etc.I think FBackup is one of such apps, there are a couple of others such apps as well.
