I have a Problem. I have three drives in my laptop and Windows 7 Ultimate is installed.
Yesterday, when I tried to make my system a dual boot and tried to install Windows 8, it said it cannot be installed on any other drive except C: as it had some dynamic volumes in it. What can I do? Please help!

The only legally obtainable copy of Windows 8 is a preview dev build, why would you install that?
