Well Dr. Sunil, I too am an Indian. Since the day I'm using the voice search of the Google app on my iPad + google now, it could understand all what I speak and made the search. It was already improved for Indian accent. Whereas in SIRI, it took some time to improve and still I need to speak 'Calcutta' to get results for 'Kolkata' but in Google, from the very 1st day it could easily take the word Kolkata. Even on Satyajit Ray's birthday, I spoke 'Satyajit Ray', you know, an Indian name, Google accepted it. I think google never improves, it does a matching and predicts the right word and obviously the vast directory of Google helps it a lot. But still Google's voice search is still far away from SIRI where you can even talk with the iDevice.

No, I didn't mean in that way. Obviously Google is developing. But the in app voice recognisation is already improved and so it can recognize all accents and it doesn't need to learn different accents from its users
