Disney has announced a new bundle that combines Disney+, ESPN+, and ad-free Hulu. It was announced during a Disney 2020 Investor Day event.

What Is Included in the New Package?

You can already pay $12.99 a month for a streaming bundle of Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu. However, that's the ad-supported version of Hulu.

Now, Disney has announced a new bundle that includes those three streaming services, with the difference that Hulu will be ad-free.

The bundle will cost $18.99 a month and will be available in January 2021.

If you were to buy the three services separately, it would total $24.97 a month: Disney+ is $6.99, ESPN+ is $5.99, and ad-free Hulu is $19.99. As such, the bundle saves you $5.98 a month.

ESPN+ Will Be Integrated Into Hulu

You might think it confusing that Disney has three streaming services. To try and combat that, Disney will be integrating ESPN+ into Hulu in 2021.

The two will still exist as separate services, and for now the ESPN+ app will remain, but it means that you can subscribe to and watch ESPN+ directly within the Hulu ecosystem.

Hulu has around 36.6 million subscribers, a captive audience that Disney will be hoping decides to sign up to ESPN+ thanks to the convenience of the two being combined.
