I would like to know if there is a Windows program that does this:

I want to set a keyboard shortcut to the menu File > New CSS Document in CoffeeCup HTML Editor. The program doesn't allow custom keyboard shortcuts, and there is none for New CSS Document.

Thanks.

@ha14I wasn't looking for a program to define keyboard shortcuts for a program. I want the keyboard shortcut TO USE THE MENU of a program.@Josh FoxYeah, not bad, but still looking for a way to emulate this.

It doesn't look like there's any way to set custom keyboard shortcuts without a third party application like AutoHotkey. However, you can still use the keyboard to create a new CSS document by pressing "ALT > F > E" one at a time. If you decided to use something like AutoHotkey, you should be able to set this up for something else.
