I've been trying to follow the directions on Jackson Chung's "Stream Your iTunes Library To iPhone Over The Web [Mac]" post, but I'm using a very old Mac, which runs only 10.2.8.

When I create the symlink to my iTunes music folder using:

ln -s "/Volumes/Victoria/Users/jamiesmith/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music" Music

in the Terminal, it creates the wrong kind of alias. It has an icon that looks like a document, rather than a folder. I know it's not right because the "documents" symlink has a folder icon and it works.

Does anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks,

Sorry Jamie but I'm not familiar with 10.2 being a recent switcher.
