I have a WD external HDD 1021, which is currently not opening, but is being read as an unknown disk. I want to try the "Chkdsk" prompt in Command, but the HDD doesn't even have a letter.
I figure this is bad news, but if anyone can help me create a letter without loss of any potential data, I'll be very grateful.
