When I tried to access a site and received this error message:

Your IP has been identified as spam

Protected by: AVH First Defense Against Spam

My IP is also is listed in the PBL, XBL - http://www.spamhaus.org/

I have a Dlink Router to access internet.

Now I'm worried I'm a part of a botnet, etc.

Is there a way to check?

Scan with your antivirus program, Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D, etc. Any of them should be able to identify if you have been infected and be able to remove the infection. If you think you may have a rootkit, use another system to download and create a bootable CD and do the scanning using that disc instead.
