I recently installed Folder Lock and then I uninstalled it using the recommended setting from Folder Lock. However, when I restarted my Windows 7 64-bit laptop, the password I used to log in before refused to log me in.

Does Windows come with a default administrative password and if not, what tools can I use to reset it? The ones I have been seeing are commercial ones and I sincerely need free and good working programs that will help me to do that. Help needed please.

The "real" administrator account has no password and is deactivated by default. Please re-visit the second link (http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/3-ways-to-reset-the-forgotten-windows-administrator-password/) and scroll down to the third option. This method (Offline NT Password) for resetting your users password is probably easier than trying to activate the administrator without actual access to the operating system.
