I would have to say Elite proxy switcher.* Proxy Checker: professionally test the details of the proxies.* Proxy Switcher: quickly change the proxy settings of the browsers.* Proxy Downloader: get daily fresh proxy lists by just one click.* Proxy Manager: easily maintain your personal proxy list. How do I change my IP address?http://whatismyipaddress.com/change-ipif you have dynamic ip addresshttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B2yvLXQDgAoIf you have a static IP address, the mechanism for changing the IP address is different. This is so because the ISP is aware of your device’s MAC address (hardware address of your Ethernet or Wi-Fi adapter ) which it uses to assign same IP address every time your machine becomes visible on the network. The simplest and easiest option call your ISP and ask them to change it. The other option then you need to change the MAC address of the adapter.Technitium MAC Address Changerhttp://www.technitium.com/tmac/index.html1)start -> run and then type cmd and hit enter2)Now type ipconfig /release3)You can request a new one by typing ipconfig /renew

This is only for internal devices on your network, not external.

The easiest way would be to turn your modem off and back on again. When it connects, if you have a dynamic IP address (mostly given out by ISP's), you'll get a new one.If your ISP gives you a static one, you have to contact them to change it (which may involve a fee). This may help http://www.jackcola.org/blog/114-can-people-find-my-home-address-through-my-ip-addressRegards,Jack Colahttp://www.jackcola.org

You can't. The IP address is designated by your ISP via DHCP, which means that when you restart your modem, a new IP address is automatically assigned. But that doesn't mean you get a new IP address every time. Some providers only change them up every 3 months; others change it every time; you  have no control. It is possible to request a different IP address be assigned via DHCP using your Networking controls, but there's no guarantee it will happen. No software can change your IP address for you, so that would be a huge waste of time. In short, there's no good reason to change your IP address unless it isn't working, in which case your ISP should be notified of the problem.
