Every time I want to redeem my points for something listed in the day's email, I can't. I click on the link, it takes me to rewards and when I click on catalog the item is never listed in the catalog. It is always the same lame products that I have no interest in.
Why can't I get the day's offer?

I don't know about it not being listed in the catalog, But everytime I click the link in my email and get to the rewards page the item I wanted is already gone. It seems that they usually have a VERY limited supply of the rewards.
