I've researched how to take the music off of my iPod Touch 3G and put it onto my computer. All guides tell me the same thing: to show the hidden files. I have done that and there are no hidden files showing for my iPod...

Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately, you need to use a third party app for this, as iTunes does not do this for you. TouchCopy is the one I usedhttp://www.wideanglesoftware.com/touchcopy

download this app called "i-Dump" from the internet (Google it!) and then connect your iPod to your computer. Select the songs you want to copy, add the destination folder and you are good to go!
