I have a Dell Inspiron N5050. It has the new Indian rupee symbol at the bottom right of the '4' number key. I'm unable to type it in clipboard. Please suggest a method to enter it.

In Windows 8 -> Go to control panel -> In category view select Clock, Language and Region -> Under Region select Change date, time or number format -> Under Format tab click Additional settings -> Select Currency tab and make the necessary changes from the dropdown

Should be pretty similar in Windows 7 also.
