I am locked out of my Windows 7 desktop and I can't remember my password. Also trying to enter BIOS but it keeps asking for a current password. Please help

You can use hirenboot 10.0 bootable cd, Where you can find password recovery tool to break your any windows password, But the best way to recover your windows is making backup from genuine windows after activating it.
