I believe my account may have been hacked. I have two different yahoo e-mails, and the one I am using to write this question works perfectly fine. However, the one I am having trouble with is behaving very strangely. The sign-in button refuses to work and whenever I attempt to use your help centre, I can go no further than the section that asks me to insert my yahoo ID. This worked as it should when I tried it with this current one, so it's an isolated issue that I can no longer access my other account.

What can I do in this situation? I use that e-mail address for my work, so it is important that I get it back.

Try below steps:1) Clear browser's cache, history, temporary internet files.2) Check with other browser if logging yahoo mail is working fine.3) Check if you are logging in correct yahoo log-in page.4) Contact Yahoo! support

Delete all the browser cache and then try the Yahoo recovery process for the one creating trouble. Do not try to see with this email id at all if the recovery works or not.
