I like photography. I usually share my precious photographs on social media websites like Facebook or instagram. I am interested in making a big real poster for the wall. Would anyone help me to find it out how this is possible?

Technically, it's quite simple - you need a wide-format printer. Many graphics shops will have them, as will specialist poster printers and sign-printing shops (although the latter may not offer the quality you're after). Have a look in your town for such shops and check with them, or seach for such service online (for example, I've just googled "large photo print" and found a few in my country).
