Can memory from a memory card be used to increase RAM on an Android phone?

No memory card is no where related to RAM. RAM is an internal memory and volatile in nature. memory card is non volatile in nature. I think you just want to speedup your android phone for that search some good application which could speedup your android phone because even you can not increase the RAM of your android phone It is manufacturer built.

I don't know any way to do it, but I can inform you that there's a way to turn the SD card memory into internal memory, wich is quite good!
