Ages ago I bought a movie from iTunes and it has sat on my laptop without being viewed. I would like to watch it on my Nexus 7 while offline and away from my laptop.
Is this possible/easy to do? If so, how would I go about doing it?
Thanks.

If you intend to transfer an iTunes movie to a nexus 7, please try use third-party program to remove DRM protection firstly. Then, follow the coming instruction:http://www.recovery-android.com/play-itunes-m4v-on-nexus.html

You may check this guide about how to transfer iTunes movies to Android. http://mac.allvideoconvert.com/transfer-itunes-movies-to-android-phone/It will also work for Nexus 7.

The truth is it's going to be much, much easier to pirate the movie than it will be to remove the DRM. Sad but true.

if it is not DRM protected you should be able to view it everywhere perhaps conversion will be needed so that device able to play it.

if it is DRM protected then you have to first remove DRM there are some shareware that do remove DRM and convert to android compatible format; The software should also switch the "M4V" to "MP4" for playback with Nexus. If Videos are DRM free just copy paste to Nexus they should be played.if you want to convert for Nexus:1) Video:-Format: MP4 video (AVC)-Resolution: 1280x720-Frame Rate: 29.97fps-Encoder: H.264-Bite Rate: 2000kbps2) Audio-Sample Rate: 44100HZ-Channel: 2 Channels Stereo-Encoder: AACBite Rate: 1280kbpsyou can also convert directly in Android Device with Android Video Converter https://www.anrdoezrs.net/links/7251228/type/dlg/sid/UUmuoUeUpU77176/https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=roman10.media.converter
