Is there any software that will alarm when someone turn off or unplugged the power of laptop?
Please any suggestion would be appropriated.

Using Windows Sounds, you can set a custom sound effect to play for Low or Critical battery alerts, but that's about it in terms of Windows Sounds. Is this enough for you or do you want beep every 10% or something?

maybe you have this option in BIOS, Configuration menu.....Alarm menu.....Power Control Beep
