I also can vouch for Zedge. Apart from making my own ringtones from sounds from YouTube videos, etc. I get my notification tones from Zedge.Install the app on your phone; it's easier than using the website. Browse to the notifications section, find something you like, and download it from the app. It will be saved into storage/zedge/notifications, and you can access your new files directly from your phone's Settings > Sound > Notification Sound. It's pretty easy once you do it a few times.

Many people across the world uses Zedge and Mobile 9, both websites and apps for downloading tones for virtually any phone that allows custom ringtones to be used. You would need to use the file browser to move the downloaded tones to the Ringtone folder, or the Audio/Tones or Notification folders in order for the new files to be visible and available for use.http://www.zedge.nethttp://www.mobile9.com

Usually,Zedge and mobile9 sites are good for ringtones.If you like,then Nokia has put a lot of efforts into creating ringtones for its phones;
composing them with the help of 55 orchestra members
.See its
Lumia 1520 ringtones
.If you copy any ringtone file which follows the tones specification,then it'll be available to choose when you go to select a ringtone in Settings menu.

Myxer site also offers good ringtones and it also has Android app.You'll need to create an account for this.Sorry,I forgot that Zedge was blocked in India.Also,I'd answered your question by reading it carefully.My friend is easily using Lumia 1520 ringtones in Android phone,which are nice to hear.
