Which web service can tell whether an app available for one operating system is available for another OS? For example, if I find an app in Play store, can I easily find out (instead of going to publisher's page) whether the same app is available for iOS, or even for Windows phone?

If I'm looking for a specific app (that is, by name), then I usually just google it with the OS (e.g. "camscanner android"). If I'm looking for an similar product, but not necessarily from the same company, then I use AlternativeTo, same as Bruce.

Use AlternativeTo . It will list all available platforms for the selected software or app as long as it is in its database.
