Switching from Outlook for Windows to Outlook for Mac is quite easy, but switching in the other direction appears to be much harder.

I have downloaded email files in Outlook for Mac that I need to import to Outlook for Windows. The main issue is that I have deleted all the mails from the server and have saved the emails in Outlook 2011. Now, uploading these emails is taking ages and I am running out of time. How can I transfer all these files from outlook 2011 for Mac to Outlook 2013 for Windows???

OLM files of Mac Outlook can be transferred to Windows Outlook by implementing manual technique. This technique requires an IMAP account set up with Mac Outlook. Solution is included in this article - http://nalavadebela.wordpress.com/2014/07/08/solution-to-import-mac-outlook-files-into-windows-outlook-olm-to-pst/This solution includes no cost.

I agree with Alan. Normally I'd suggest uploading the email to an IMAP or Exchange server, but as you note, this is a s l o w process...The best software, in my experience is Emailchemy, which can convert Outlook 2011 to PST (or many other formats), and it's an excellent program. It does cost $30 for the personal version though. There are plenty "OLM to PST" converters out there but they are both more expensive than Emailchemy and more limited, so if you are going to spend money on this, stick with Emailchemy!
