I broke the front screen on my iPhone 4 and I want to fix it. What's the best place to acquire a replacement at a reasonable price?

I think ebay is your best chance but don't forget to get the screwdrivers to dissemble your phone as if you strip them they can be very hard to put back in.

Hello Sri!I recently replaced a screen for the iPhone 3 for a friend. It was for the most part very simple, although the instructional videos left out quite a few additional steps. To be honest, it took two hours instead of the 15 minutes promised in the video. I literally had sweat dripping down my face the whole time.
eBay had the cheapest prices
. I found that after the iPhone 4 came out, the prices on the 3 replacement screens dropped dramatically. I paid about seven dollars for both the screen and the tool kit required to perform the replacement. Logically, when the iPhone 5 comes out, people aren't going to need as many replacement screens for the 4.
This video
is one of the better tutorials on the subject.Good luck!
