I want to create an email ID like this "imran@agri.com" or "imran@soilscience.com".
How can I do this? From where can I buy these domains? How? What will be the price?

Bear in mind that every 2 word combination domain has been taken, as have mini-words like agri.com. To purchase those specific domains you would need thousands of dollars. A great way to find domains you like though is to check justdropped.com, which I talk about here: http://make-money-blogging-ideas.com/2011/find-expired-domains-free-justdropped-com/There you can enter your keywords, see what domains were not renewed, and get them at regular prices (assuming someone hasnt snapped them up in the meantime). Perfect for niches like agri-science business.

The easiest way to create your own email domain is to
buy a domain from GoDaddy
($12 per year) and include the
email package
($15 per yer | 1 address). Now, you will be able to create x emails with the extension of your website. For example, if you purchase the domain "xyz.com", you can create any email "@xyz.com". The process is similar with most hosts, as long as they include an email package you should be fine.
