Is it possible to boot a Linux Live, for example backtrack, from a NTFS partition in cool disk? All applications that I found worked only with FAT32. :(

Since Linux requires a driver to read and write to NTFS (eg. ntfs-3g) it is not possible boot from it by default. The Kernel wouldn't be able to access the file system during boot. There are a few projects trying to solve the problem, for example:https://wiki.ubuntu.com/install.exe/Prototypehttp://goodbye-microsoft.com/http://sourceforge.net/projects/linux-ntfs/The easiest way to boot your preferred Linux Distro is to reformat the USB Stick (Warning: all data may be erased) Here are two tools which may help you:http://launchpad.net/win32-image-writerhttp://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/
