What's the most user friendly and easy to use batch renaming software for Windows 7?

I'm downloading some old anime episodes that are no longer on TV, and seeing how I'll to rename a bunch of episodes, I'll have to do a lot of renaming.

I want to something like this

S03_EP_01

S03_EP_02

etc.

If anyone can recommend something, I'd most appreciate it.

I personally vote for Total Commander. It has a fantastic multi-rename option, and can do lots of other things as well. When I need to batch-rename files, that's what I use.It can number them serially, do string replacements (including complex regex), and lots of other goodies. Highly recommended.
