What do you think is the best backup software for severs?

Our former backup software had a bug and we received a refund for it. Now we need to find another one. Hope you can give us some suggestions! Thank you in advance!

What type of Server is it? (Operating System, Hardware)What is your backup media? (Internal HDD, DAS, iSCSI Target, LTO Streamer)What do you want to backup? (entire System, Exchange/other Mailserver, File Share)What is your Backup Plan and how much data is per backup? (incremental, full, every hour, daily, weekly)There are "hundreds" of options but they all have different features, functions and supported media.
