Extend The Life Of Your Optical Discs With ISO Backups & Virtual Clone Drive [Windows]

There is absolutely no reason why you would still want to routinely run games, movies, or music from optical discs. Inserting, ejecting, and switching discs is a nuisance and subjects both the drive and the discs to wear and tear. Moreover, optical drives are annoyingly loud and probably use a fair bit of energy. Finally, you might not have an optical drive to begin with. So what should you do instead?

Can KnockDown – One Of The Simplest Physics Based Game On The Apple Store [iOS]

You can be a sniper and knock down zombies or the enemy in cold blood. Or you can shed that violent streak inside you and just knock down a few cans. If you have ever played in the alleys and backyards of your childhood, you probably have piled up a few Coke cans and tried your aim with a rock or a tennis ball. I know I have, that’s why the simplicity of it all drew me to play this game when I spotted it on our Best iPhone Games page.

Apple iPad Mini Review and Giveaway

This is a much overdue review, I'll admit, but instead of publishing a breezy overview of the iPad mini, I wanted to experience and integrate it in my daily life in order to truly tell you if Apple's latest creation -- this overpriced 7.9" tablet -- is really worth spending so much money on. Before we begin, here's a disclaimer: I love all Apple products from iPhones to iMacs. But when the iPad mini was announced, I wasn't so sure. Anyway, we purchased a Slate 16GB iPad mini (WiFi-only model) for $329 to find out if Apple poured as much heart and soul into it; as they have for their previous products. After the review, we're giving this 16GB iPad mini away to one MakeUseOf reader!
