How can I configure the Slide Deck WordPress Plugin to work on Blogspot blogs?

The WordPress plugins aren't compatible with Blogspot. You can't really edit them to work on Blogspot. The only way I think this can be done by actually writing a script specifically for Blogspot. In your case in particular, the suggestion above from hal4 should work.

hey aibek most of wordpress plugins are being converted to blogger so can you tell any east way to convert them to blogger widgets?

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the process of converting WordPress blogs to Blogspot widgets.

If you have a decent knowledge of HTML/CSS and some jQuery know-how you should be able to include the standalone SlideDeck javascript library(not the WP plugin): http://www.slidedeck.com/download
