What Windows program can make an alarm at various set times?

A program with the function of being able to alarm/ring at various set times? Preferred notification would be via popup on screen.

Though not necessary, bonus points if it’s likely to able to work on mobile platforms in the future.

    You can try the 12ghosts Timer. It's a little app that sits in the system tray and you can configure as many timers as you want, with a lot of options. Here's the link: http://12g.com/ghosts/timer.htm

    I'm so sorry. I need to rephrase the request: "...alarm/ring at Multiple various set times?

    It would alarm/ring like http://code.google.com/p/pomodairo/ but instead you can set it for multiple times.

    You didn't mention which version of Windows you are running, but if your are using Windows Vista or 7, this program might be what you are looking for.

    A digital alarm clock which provides an animated visual feedback when alarm triggers. Includes a five colors choice. You can also choose what sound must be played.
    Working languages: English, French.
    Works on Windows Vista and Windows 7.

    - alarm sound can be repeated
    - am/pm or 24h format can be selected manually
