How can I make Windows Explorer look like Mac Finder?

Is there any software that enables me to have my Windows Explorer look like the Explorer of Mac?

    Since the link is "dead" (forbidden, permissions) I can only assume you want to transform your Windows into a Mac OS X look.

      I only want to change the way my explorer looks like.Mac has something with columns, which I really like...

      But thanks anyway...
