How can I make Windows 7 perform as shown on TV?

Steve Rathbun February 11, 2011

Why is it that the Windows 7 I have on my new computer doesn’t do any of the things it shows on telly? It doesn’t get TV, radio, music, movies, none of the things they blow off about.

You can do all that appears on tv about windows 7, but for you to get all that, it depends on what version of Windows 7 you have and it also depends on what kind of hardware your computer has.

All those extras claims some effort from you, as such to buy some sodtwares and hardwares to enjoy what others claims they do on their pcs.

Windows is not shipped with all of those, well not yet.

is this a misconception because you expect Windows 7 to do these things out of the box without any effort on your side? Or did you run into trouble when trying to set up TV and radio reception or playing music and movies?

If you need help getting these things to work, please provide more information on what your hardware setup is. What computer do you have, i.e. did it come with a TV tuner card or do you want to setup a home theater and use your Windows 7 computer as a media center?

We can help, but just like a computer we need user input. :)
