I transfer MP3 files (which I download from the internet) from PC to my mobile ZTE Orange. Most of the files do not respond when I try to play them, but on my PC they are OK.
What’s the problem?

try to use another mp3 player on your mobile to see if it works, if yes, then consider hard reset phone (do backup of important files) or see if there is a new firmware so update.

If your mp3 files fails to play on the iPod or any other mp3 player, there could be several reasons. It could either be corrupted due to incomplete download, the headers could be truncated, there must be garbage at the start or end of the song, etc.
It might be that the songs are of high quality like high bitrate - 320 kbps.Use 128 kbps to see any improvement.

I'll recommend to try to convert them "again to mp3". May be they have extensions like .MP3 or are a bit of other kind. Some phones don't play even if they are mp3 looking alright to play. Same problem I've also faced. I'll recommend Total Video Converter to convert them (it's trial version). Or you can try any other free software. BOL.

Download and install MP3VAl and check the mp3 files with that software
