Why can I not access Outlook.com with my Office 365 email account?

Shamsharizat Shamsudin March 31, 2013

I got this message when I wanted to log in to my email account:

This account can’t be used to access Outlook.com You’re currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can’t be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account).

Can someone help me with this problem?

I'm so sorry. I don't know how to do so since I am new here. Oh this is so embarrassing not to know how to do so. LOL.

You can resolve a question by following James' instructions -

you should notice now that beside each Answer is a check mark (a tick); if you click that, you’ll choose the best Answer.
