Why am I not receiving Microsoft 356 emails outside of my college’s network?

I have a Microsoft 356 email account with the University of Cincinnati, but I have not received any outside emails since Tuesday other than emails from people with UC email accounts.

Does anyone know what is going on? Our help desk didn’t help me since they sent test emails it wasn’t working.

    is it the same problem with your fellow member, if no check their outlook configuration and apply to yours. maybe it is firewall problem.

    It's difficult to see why your email client will discriminate incoming messages by origin. It's almost certainly a problem with your university's email hub or other aspect of email routing. Contact the Help Desk again and insist that they check it. If they dismiss your complaint, ask other people if they are having the same problem and get them to complain too. Help Desks tend to take multiple complaints much more seriously than reports from individuals (I know, I used to work at one!).
