Hello, as in the subject I wonder what is the best free web hosting provider with at least 5 Gb of free space and one e-mail box? It needs to be available in Italy!

Before even i used to host mu site in free a web hosting but after few days i came to know that these free web hosting sites a lot of down time and pages are loading very slowly so i have purchased an unlimited web hosting in host department. so i recommend you a paid hosting company compared to free hosting http://www.hostdepartment.com/unlimited-web-hosting/

for 5gb free services would be bad...try 1-2gb but a good host
i don't think you'll get 5gb worth space. anyways you could try:

000webhost.com provides free hosting with 1500MB disk space and php, mysql support with sub-domains and email boxes.

Use 000webhost. I have been using them for sometime now but the only offer 1500 mb for free. There is also 5gbfree.com for 5gb of space.
